I went to the doctor's today to get a check up and to look at my hand because it started to turn purple at work last night. But turns out I just severly bruised it. The doctor also gave me a vaccine for HPV, which my arm is still sore from. Today is my only day off this week so I'm probably just going to get things ready for school and start clearing out my room because I'm going to paint it.

In other news....yesterday morning I got about 4 texts saying Eric, a kid from my high school, was dead. I never really knew the guy but I knew of him from Michelle. As the day later went on, I got more texts and calls saying it was true. Its such a tragedy but at the same time why would anyone want to take their life? Sure, no one has a perfect life and as my mom always says things look bad now but they do get better. You just have to wait things out. But you never know what a person is going through, truly....unless they share. I feel bad for his family and the heartbreak they must feel. May he forever rest in peace.

So im going to be 19 in a few hours, how exciting. Work is going good. I'll be working in Starbucks on my birthday. :D I dont mind at all because I have so much fun there. My mom gave me my present this morning because I wont get a chance to see her till later tomorrow. I got a new digital camera because I broke my original one when I went on senior trip. ( Long story short, I dropped it in line for the safari). Its green and adorable. The card I got from her was Pirates of the Caribbean and it plays the theme song. :D

Long time Coming

Hi...its been a while since I've been on this site. I used to have an account but I got rid of it a few months ago. I work at ShopRite since April and I'm trying to go to the Starbucks thats there. I'm currently a cashier but I sometimes dont get treated fairly by my boss. I'm a social sciences major at Camden County College. I think I've finally found what I want to do with my life...for now. Yesterday was halloween and I worked until 11 pm. At work, I remember how my friends and I went trick-or-treating the past couple years and how this year we didnt get a chance to because everyone is practically at a different school with different schedules.
